Try applying something moist on your face beforehand. (Foundation, moisturizer, etc.) If that’s not working for you, you may just want to buy a white face paint. That way your face won’t appear cakey and powdery, like the baby powder residue will make it appear.

If the white face makeup is creamy then put that on first and then dust it with white baby powder. It should stay on pretty well. Don’t put any powder on your face before the white paint goes on tho!

hairspray
spray hairspray on your face then blow dry your face on cool, works like a charm and makes makeup stay put

try applying your white face make-up and dusting the baby powder over the top to set it and make it last longer.
you also can buy finishing sprays that help your make-up stay on for longer
try mist & fix from make up forever. you can get it at sephora for $27.
hairspray can be really bad for your skin, stick to using stuff that’s designed to go on your face.
