I am going to a halloween party as a Zombie or Ghost, What kinda clothes should I wear?

for a ghost i reckon an old sheet with the face paint you described would be fine.
as a zombie i reckon a torn green and brown shirt kinda thing and torn brown shorts that look muddy? with socks and some old shoes.
