What Is This White Stuff That Makes You Face Look Pale?

whats is this called and where can i buy it? can i get it at walgreens? i want to buy the one thats for everday use. i dont want the ones that are made for holloween face painting. like i wanna get the one like in the video where its actual make up. any ideas? thanks!

Honestly, it looks like this guy applies a basic white makeup primer and then a very pale (not white) cream foundation. This isn’t white foundation. You can get white foundation if you want, it is sold at Hot Topic and Manic Panic sells it on line. I would just get a very pale cream foundation and use that over primer. It would give you the same look
