Any water-based makeup will work well *if* you mix it with mixing liquid instead of water. I would use Kryolan AquaColor makeup and Ben Nye LiquiSet mixing liquid myself. Silly Farm Supply at has a wide variety of products for your needs:
Any of the makeup they sell is good, but my preferences are for Kryolan Aqua Color and Mehron Paradise. And again, mixed with Ben Nye LiquiSet to get it sweat-resistant.
