How do you get paint off of your skin?

My school hosted special olympics today and my friend went a little overboard with the face paint. My face has purple polkadots on it now that washing with soap and water are not helping dull. Please help, i can’t rub it too hard though because i have sunburn but any advice will help..

My friends and I painted one another with oil paints one night [we were drunk and in our dorm lol] and Irish Spring got it off.

Something you can use is nail polish remover.
I know it’ll work, but I’m not sure it’s good for the skin…
