Help with slight rash on my face?

I seem to have a bit of a rash on my face– it’s slightly bumpy, and somewhat red. I’ve tried hydrocortisone cream and it’s not helping a whole lot. I do have a doctor’s appointment coming up in a few days, I’m just wondering if anyone has some suggestions for what I can do in the meantime.
