How do I get rid of acne on my forehead?
Bianca B asked:
I wash my face every night before I go to bed. I don’t know why I have so many pimples. I’m so annoyed!! I have sensitive skin btw. I use that St. Ives scrub, blackhead and blemish control on my forehead. Nothing seems to be working for me. Does anybody have any good advice? I would love to read your answers.

change your diet, drink water to clear your pores (perspiration), and stop eating fried foods. When I had that problem I steamed my face and put on a mud mask (mud draws out blackheads)…the kind of mud mask you buy at the pharmacy. Those that don’t come up you can squeeze then put rubbing alcohol on them (don’t get it too close to your eyes) to close the pores. Then put on the clearasyl.

If you are really concerned you should see a dermatologist. I also had break out at the forehead at a certain point of time. I had combination skin problem where my T-zone is more oily than the rest of my face. What I did was to wash, tone and moisturize my face every morning and night. In between the day, when oily I would blot the excess oil away if necessary wash my face one more time. I also use moisturizing face mask once every week or twice if skin condition is really bad. Of course scrubbing. But I won’t recommend scrubbing so often as I think it is not very recommended as chances that it would enlarge the pores even more is higher. I am also using St. Ives actually. I also seen in certain cases of breakout because of the fringe overlapping the area on the forehead the sweat, impurties from the hair adds on and worsen the skin condition.
For pimple wise, drink lots of water. If you put on makeup, do find those that would not be that much of a burden to the skin like oil free liquid foundation etc.
Ultimately to really put a stop to it you would need to see a dermatologist.

Acuzine works by eliminating the cause of acne by removing all unwanted and waste materials from the body. It is a good source of antioxidants that remove the free radicals that harm the skin. It eases the inflammation and redness of various types and heals the damaged skin. It has successfully cured acne of all types for many years and the results have been encouraging.

Since your skin is so sensitive you don’t have to use the scrub everyday! Perhaps once or twice a week; anything more and you are irritating your tender skin. Your skin is tender hon, treat it that way. What you eat may also play a factor in your skin condition. Try not to eat “junk” food. Think of it this way…what you put in is what will come to surface. And please, please, please drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. I hope this helps.
