which face cleansers are the best?

i hear the cetaphil is very good, would you guys reccomend it?
i also am interested in the st. ives blemish and blackhead apricot scrub and wash. would you recommend this as well?
my skin is combination, oily in the t zone and nose and sometimes a bit dry. it is usually smooth and acne free, but lately it has been more dry than usual and i notice small bunches of acne around the left cheek, chin, nose, jawline/under jaw areas. would those products help my skin? would any other products help?
(and is hand and body lotion meant for the face as well? jw)
