Very normal- mine was born with acne, and it continued till 3 months- until I stopped breastfeeding.(It is from the hormones…)
Wash her face with warm cloth 3 times a day, especially after feedings. I used Aveeno Baby, and it worked a bit, but it’s just a waiting game! Atleast she’s healthy!! It doesn’t bother her as much as you- give it a bit of time…

it is most likely baby acne from hormones, it will go away. don’t put anything on it.

Its normal for babies to have acne. And the rash could be normal or it could be a heat rash (very common in infants). If your worried take her to the doctor.

IT SOUNDS LIKE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO THE FORMULA OR MAYBE THE BABY IS ALLERGIC TO THE LAUNDRY SOAP YOUR USING.

it’s kind of like a diaper rash of sorts and it’s nothing to freak out about. use some A&D ointment once every few hours and just keep an eye on it. If it keeps getting worse after that, then see the pediatrician but that should clear it up
