It could be possible that you have dry skin. If you do, use lotion or some kind of cream that stops the itchiness. if that’s not it, then try seeing your doctor and ask if he/she could check it out.
Not sure what it is specifically, but you can bet the farm that it is related to your diet and body’s ability to digest food properly. I would suggest that if you smoke or drink a lot, stop. I would recommend drinking more water, taking Omega 3 supplements, and cut the wheat and dairy out of your diet. Slowly add one or the other back and see how you feel. Chances are, I am guessing, that you have an intolerance to wheat.
