Getting rid of this rash on my face?

I developed some rashes on my face dew to the horrible dry air outside. It’s getting a little better now but my skin is starting to flake from the dead skin cells that are peeling off my face.
What’s a good way to get my skin back to being clean, smooth, and rash-free?
Oh I ordered proactive but never found a need to use it. Does anyone think it can help me out now?
Oh and the rash and peeling is under my left eye and a little on the right side to.

hold a warm damp face cloth on the dry area a few times a day. try not to use too many chemicals.
it may be a illergic reaction to ur face soap. try a change of face soap.

Get a cream ****** wash thats hypoallengic, and get some Eucerin lotion/cream to put on your face. Its a drugstores and walmart. Oh and Proactive wont help you. Perhaps some MAXIMUM strength Cortaid or Cortizone to get rid of the rash, the other two things I mentioned will help with the dryness.
