my min pin has a rash on her face and eyes?

it started out with a bite sized hole on each side of her face.(thought it was the puppies who did it) she continued to scratch at them and they were getting bigger. My dad suggested i put some cut cream on it cant remember what kind. so i put it on and i left for a few weeks. when i got my dog bac she has a rash over both eyes under and above lids. in between eyes and all the way into her ears and she is bleeding from it a little.

You need to take her to the vet. It could be a possible skin allergy. What are you feeding her? There are countless reasons why a dog could develop a rash. She could have an immune system problem, mange, eczema, ringworm, a yeast infection, or scabies. The best thing to do is to get her to the vet. The rash might also be caused by a good allergy. Allergies in dogs are very common. Don’t wait any longer, please get her to the vet. Even if she has never had this problem before, it could be something new that has popped up. If it is an allergy to something, there are sprays and shampoos you can buy to help this. You can also buy supplements and salves. But, don’t make a diagnosis on your own. Get her to the vet tomorow. They will be able to properly diagnose what is going on.
