What is the best product for treating serious acne?

I have tried Proactiv it hasnt done much and everyday cleansing and blemish creams dont seem to be working. I have basicaly all of the acne at the bottom of my face on the sides of my mouth; what product do you recommend for this serious problem? Also list any concerns you had with it
