How to soothe a sun rash on the face?

Sabine É asked:

I’m having a bad reaction to the sun, even though I wear 30 SPF sunscreen. My face has loads of “blisters” just from walking the dog in the mid-morning. I’m using hydrocortisone cream.
Is the anything I can do to speed the healing or prevent it?
Not only does it look awful, but it hurts.
Any suggestions?

First of all you would need to understand that you have extremely sensitive skin…just like me. You need to start wearing a hat that provides shade across your face AND wear sunscreen even though the sun is not directly hitting your face.

Also, buy Aloe Vera lotions possibly with Vitamin E and A. These help heal skin tissue.

Please be careful with the sun. I had sunburns like that before and they left scars from the severity of the burns. Do not let that happen to you.
