Heat bumps can be caused by any number of issues. Most of the time they aren’t actually a heat rash though. Try some hydrocortisone cream after you shower, not just after washing your face… Make sure your face is still damp when you use it. You may want to look in to a more mild ****** cleanser as well. Also, there is a chance you have a small bacterial infection in your skin if you have an oily face and sleep primarily on one cheek. If it doesn’t clear up within a few days you may want to pay a visit to your doctor to have them look it over. Dependent on where the rash is located on your face you could also try epsom salt cleansing. Epsom salt baths are known for pulling out the lactic acid, which can also cause swelling in the skin, tissues and lymphatic system….:) Good Luck!
*Also, accutane, as mentioned above, has some esrious side effects, and must be taken with birth control. It is used for very serious acne, and can cause severe depression. This is an Rx prescription, and is very costly. Talk to your doctor if you’re suffering from acne and they can normally give you lots of options.
