I’m pretty sure everyone has asked this question. My skin is dry and a bit oily, I usually wash my face with soap, I rarely use make up or any acne creams since I hardly get acne (I’m a girl). What are some home remedies or mostirizers I could use to smooth my face and not be dry?

I have a rash on my chin that is slightly itchy but overall just irritating. It has only been present for a few days and I have never had it before now. I used a new face wash and feel that it is most likely the reason for the rash and have since stopped using it. Can anyone suggest how to get rid of the rash? Any home remedies, etc.? Thanks!
