Itchy Rash

I’ve got this terrible rash type thing on my face. It is very itchy but isn’t very red, more pink. When you look closely it almost look like little blister like bumps and is very bumpy to the touch. It’s also hot to the touch and my face feels like its on fire…any suggestion of what it is?

Please help! my toddler has developed an itchy and bumpy rash on areas (face, arms and legs) that i had applied sunscreen (banana boat baby spf 50). it started 5 days ago and i took her to the dr yesterday and said it was allergies and gave me a cream, but it seems like has gotten worse! will this rash go away and will it damage her skin???? the dr did say it should clear up in 3-4 days, but i’m so worry! anybody with same problem?
