Oily Skin

I have normally oily skin. But right around my cheek bones there are dry patches.This is really starting to become an issue because when I put on my makeup it looks like my skin is peeling because my skin is so dry around my cheek bones. Since my skin is oily I really can’t use moisteriser I am told it will make my skin even more oily. Is this true? If so what product can I use to make my skin softer around my cheek bones without making my skin more oily?

I cant seem to find a cure for my dry skin with regular mousturizers, and alot of them just make my skin really oily because i have combination skin, but i have really dry skin on my nose and lip. Any reccomended products or remedies?

I live in a city that gets very cold in the wintertime, with snow and everything – the whole shebang (: But my (normally oily) teenage skin gets very dry, especially on my cheeks. I wash my face twice a day and use moisturizer both times after washing, but no matter how much I put on, my skin still has dry patches. What can I do to keep my skin from becoming so dry?
